Strategic Planning and Goal Setting

Thinking and planning strategically is an
ongoing process

“The thing about goals is that living without them is a lot more fun, in the short run.
It seems to me, though, that the people who get things done, who lead, who grow
and who make an impact…those people have goals
.”
- Seth Godin
Strategic thinking about organizational vision, goals, and plans should not be relegated to an infrequent, static process; it can be iterative, collaborative, and ongoing. Strategic Planning, Strategic Thinking, Strategic Goal Setting are all ways to describe
the process of articulating the goals and actions to achieve success.

Acies Strategies approaches strategic planning in schools with fresh eyes; there are no “cookie cutter” plans. Furthermore, we offer cost-effective options for small schools so that they may benefit from the participation of outside guidance when school improvement planning.

We facilitate:
  • Full school Strategic Plans (see below for options)
  • Leadership Retreats
  • Strategic thinking for project completion
  • Goal setting and planning for individuals and smaller groups
